目的:对党参分步提取物的体外抗菌活性进行初步研究。方法:通过测定最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和抑菌圈直径,开展党参的氯仿甲醇提取物、80%乙醇提取物、醇沉液提取物、党参粗多糖提取物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、链球菌和沙门氏菌的抗菌活性研究。结果:氯仿甲醇提取物、80%乙醇提取物、醇沉液提取物对四种细菌均测到一定的MIC和抑菌圈直径,党参粗多糖提取物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和链球菌无抑制作用,仅可测到对沙门氏菌的MIC和抑菌圈直径。结论:党参不同的提取物具有明显的抗菌活性差异。
Objective: To study the in vitro antibacterial activity of sequential extracts of Codonopsis pilosula. Methods: By determining the minimum inhibitory concentration( MIC) and the diameters of inhibition zone,this test studied the antibacterial activity of chloroform methanol extract,80% ethanol extract,80% alcohol layer and Codonopsis pilosula polysaccharide extracts against e.coli,staphylococcus aureus,streptococcus and salmonella. Results: Chloroform methanol extract,80% ethanol extract and 80% alcohol layer have an inhibitory effect on the four types of bacteria,Codonopsis pilosula polysaccharide extracts show no inhibitory effect on e. coli,staphylococcus aureus,and streptococcus,but salmonella. Conclusion: The antibacterial activity of sequential extracts is obviously different.
