新中国成立以来，我国产业结构已基本上改变了严重失调的状况，逐渐步入了由低级到高级、由严重失衡到基本合理的发展轨道。加快产业结构优化升级已成为提高我国产业国际竞争力、加快经济发展方式转变的必要条件。因此，有必要对新中国60多年来产业结构的历史变迁进行梳理，厘清制造业发展的脉络，总结其中的经验、教训，以便制定科学的产业发展战略。

Since the founding of 9ew China,the serious imbalance situation about the industrial structure in China has basically changed and gradually stepped into the development track from junior to senior,from a serious imbalance to basically reasonable. Accelerating the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure has become necessary conditions to improve the international competitiveness of Chinese industries and to accelerate transformation of the economic development mode. This paper combs the historical changes of the Industrial Structure for more than sixty years since the founding of new China and clarifies the development vein of the manufacturing industry and sums up the experience and lesson in order to make scientific industry development strategy.
