本文采用2000~2011年我国的省际面板数据,对进入我国不同区域的FDI所产生的技术溢出效应进行了检验。结果发现,FDI技术溢出效应在我国不同地区存在着显著的区域差异。以此为基础,本文采用门槛回归方法构建非线性面板数据模型,进一步从经济发展水平、人力资本状况、内外资技术水平差距、金融发展水平、对外开放程度、经济结构、市场化水平和基础设施等吸收能力方面测算引发FDI技术溢出效应的门槛特征。

英文摘要：

This paper selects China＇s inter-provincial panel data from 2000 to 2011 and investigates the technology spillover effects of FDI entering China＇s different regions.The result shows that the regional difference of the technology spillover from FDI is significant in different regions of our country.On this basis,this paper constructs a nonlinear panel data model by using the threshold regression method and further measures-the threshold levels which ensure the spillover effects in several absorption capability aspects,including the level of economic development,human capital situation,domestic and foreign technology gap,the level of financial development,the opening degree,economic structure,the level of market and the infrastructure establishment.
