管理科学是所有以管理活动作为研究对象的学科的统称。管理科学在20世纪70年代末被引入我国之后，解析其学科结构逐渐成为管理科学元研究的一个重要课题。对管理科学的数百门分支学科、边缘分支学科进行结构性梳理，按照具体研究对象的异同将它们归并为7个一级子系统；旨在发现其学科结构中的“缺失”环节，促进其整体上的均衡性发展和可持续发展。以科学技术管理学、技术管理学为例，阐释了管理科学的分支学科仍存在着深度分化发展的必要性和可能性。

英文摘要：

Management science is the general designation of the subjects which regard management activities as their research objects. Since it has been introduced into China at the end of 1970s, parsing its subject structure has become an important topic of meta-study of management sciences. This paper makes a structure carding of hundreds of sub-discipline and marginal sub-discipline of management sciences. It merges these hundreds of management sciences into seven first level sub-systems in order to detect the lacuna section of its structure and make an equalizing and sustainable development on the whole. Taking science ＆ technology management sciences and technological management sciences for instance is actually possible and necessary for management science produces deeper and wider branch disciplines.
