由于受到运输系统的体积和成本限制,可展结构通常要求较大的展开/收缩体积比或面积比及极高的可靠性,使得可展结构的研发面临一系列理论、方法和技术等方面的挑战。受到枯叶蛱蝶(Kallimainachus)鳞翅羽化发育展开原理的启发,通过研究枯叶蛱蝶鳞翅展开过程的参数和尺寸,提出一种仿生充气可展开结构,并建立结构仿真模型,借助ANSYS/LS—DYNA软件对该结构进行仿真分析。该结构具有高收纳率,展开机理简单,质量轻,价格低等特点,对仿生展开结构的研究具有一定的参考意义。
Under the size and cost limitations of space transportation system, deployable structure usually needs to have large contraction ratio and high reliability, therefore, development of deployable structures faces a Series of theoretical and technical challenges. Inspired by the eclosion and development of butterfly wings, a deployable structure is presented and the emulate model is established with the parameters and dimensions of butterfly wing during the process of expansion. The structure has been analyzed for emulating system by the ANSYS/LS-DYNA software. And the deployable structure has several unique advantages such as much lighter weight, higher packaging efficiency and simpler design with fewer parts, which has some reference value of the research on bionic deployment structure.
