利用服役50年后的废旧混凝土电杆作为再生粗骨料原料,配制了11种不同粗骨料替代率的再生混凝土,替代率从0~100%变化,级差10%,一共33个棱柱体试块。在电液伺服试验机上加载试验,观察了其破坏过程和破坏形态,并获取了其荷载-位移全过程曲线。在试验基础上,对各种骨料替代率再生混凝土的荷载-位移全过程曲线进行分析,研究并提出了其本构方程。结果表明:再生骨料混凝土与天然骨料混凝土相比,随着骨料替代率的增加,再生混凝土棱柱体抗压强度略有提高,应力应变曲线具有相似的形状,在上升阶段,再生混凝土与天然混凝土的应力应变曲线变化不大,但在下降段再生混凝土更为陡峭。
In order to study the mechanical behavior of recycled aggregate concrete (RAC),33 RAC prisms specimens ( 150 mm×150 mm×300 mm) were mixed,which have 11 kinds of different recycled coarse aggregates replacement percentage RAC specimens,every kind has 3 specimens.And the replacement percentages recycled coarse aggregate from 0 to 100%, the increment is 10%.The recycled coarse aggregates come from waste electric pole concrete (produced in 1958 ).The failure patterns and loading-displacement curve can be obtained using an electro-hydraulic servo test machine. Based on the experimental results,the stress-strain relationship curve of different recycled coarse aggregates replacement percentage RAC specimens are analyzed, and the stress-strain relation calculation formula is obtained.Research results show that with the recycled coarse aggregates replacement percentage increasing,the axial compression strength of RAC have slightly enhancements;and the shape of stress-strain relationship curve is similar between RAC and normal aggregate concrete(NAC ), little change in ascending phase,but,in descending, RAC is more precipitous decline than NAC.
