文章以钢管再生混凝土短柱实测轴压试验数据为基础,采用价值工程分析法,从原材料成本、力学性能、结构综合性价比三方面,对钢管再生混凝土短柱进行经济性评价研究。结果表明:钢管再生混凝土柱的受力全过程与普通钢管混凝土相似,具有良好的力学性能;钢管再生混凝土可实现废弃资源的再利用,有利于节省天然资源和环境保护,其综合成本占有绝对的优势,是一种有发展前景的结构形式。
Based on the measured data of axial compression test for steel pipe recycled concrete short-column,through value engineering analysis method, this article studied the economic evaluation of steel pipe recycled concrete short-column from three aspects., raw material cost, mechanical property and comprehensive structural cost performance ratio.The results showed that the whole force process of steel pipe recycled concrete column is similar to ordinary concrete-filled steel tube,with good mechanical properties; the steel-pipe recycled concrete can realize the reuse of waste resources help the natural resource conservation and environmental protection,and its comprehensive cost has absolute advantage,thus it is a promising structure form.
