磁悬浮直线进给单元是一种新型的机床功能部件,振动问题是其结构设计中所面临的问题之一,它会造成机床的加工误差,影响零件的加工精度和表面质量。建立了进给单元工作台的三维有限元模型,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对工作台初始模型进行模态分析,求得其固有频率和振型,并据此改进工作台的结构,以便在设计阶段预测工作台的性能,并为工作台的结构优化提供理论依据。
Magnetic levitation linear feed unit is a new functional parts for machine tool. Vibration is one of the problems in the structural design, which can cause machine processing errors, affect machining accuracy as well as surface quality. Three-dimensional finite element model of the magnetic platform was created. By element analysis software ANSYS, modal analysis for the platform primary model was made to get the natural frequencies and vibration modes. The structure of the platform was improved according to the consequence. So the performance of the platform can be predicted during design phase. It provides theoretical basis for structural optimization of the platform.
