介绍磁悬浮机床导轨的工作原理,对其进行磁力分析。以自重为132 N的模拟工作台样机为例,利用ANSYS软件分析空气隙值和工作台倾斜角度对导轨电磁场的影响。结果表明:在工作台正常悬浮状态下,空气隙厚度取0.3±0.004mm,工作台倾斜角度小于0.02°时,磁悬浮机床导轨磁场磁漏小、负载能力强、外界扰动承载能力大。为磁悬浮机床导轨的结构优化设计提供了理论依据。
The working principle of magnetic levitation rail machine was introduced and the magnetic analysis was carried out.Taking the simulated workbench prototype which weigh was 132N as an example,the influences of air gap and tilting angle of the workbench on rail electromagnetic fields were analyzed with ANSYS.The simulation results show that magnetic levitation rail machine has small leakage magnetic field,high load capacity and large anti-disturbance capacity when the workbench is suspended normally and the value of the air gap is chosen between 0.3±0.004 mm,tilting angle of the workbench is less than 0.02°.It provides theoretical basis for structural optimization of the magnetic levitation rail machine.
