WRKY proteins are important transcription factors in many plant.Cloning OsWRKY79 gene isolated from rice was conduct to identify the subcellular location of OsWRKY79 and function.A pair of specific primers designed according to the sequence of OsWRKY79 gene in GenBank,and the complete cDNA sequence was obtained by RT-PCR using the total RNA of rice seedlings as the template.The gene OsWRKY79 was inserted into the expression vector pBinCFP.The recombinant plasmid containing OsWRKY79 gene was identified by PCR amplification and digestion with restriction endonucleases.
