This paper first proposed the 4 major features of biographical resources： with the characters as the core, varied types, strong regional and times. Then, it analyzed and concluded the three major clues for arrangement of biographical resource： the core element, organizational element and characteristics element, which were the basis for designing unique identifier-biographical resources code. Thirdly, it put forward three feasible methods of an＇angement. Finally, it erected the logical system of biographie＇,d resources, which was the sharing foundation of biographical resources.
