要素配置对于农业生产具有重要影响，提高农业要素配置效率是实现我国由传统农业向现代农业转变的关键。本文回顾和整理了国内外关于农业要素配置效率的相关文献，从要素配置效率的概念内涵、测度与分解、影响因素、改进措施等方面逐一进行梳理，总结了农业要素配置效率的研究视角、研究方法以及最新研究进展。总体而言，国外对农业要素配置效率的研究相对成熟。国内该领域的研究成果还比较缺乏。针对我国农业发展的实际，应该加强农业要素配置效率问题的研究，特别是基于微观调研数据的实证研究。

英文摘要：

Factor allocation exerts great influences on agricultural production, so increasing Allocation efficiency of agricultural factors becomes a key point in turning Chinese traditional agriculture into modem agriculture. This paper reviews foreign and domestic literatures on allocation efficiency of agricultural factors. By sorting the definition, measurement and decomposition, influencing elements and improving routines of factor allocation efficiency, the studying prospective, method and latest development are concluded. Overall, foreign researches in the field are mature and fruitful, while domestic ones are relatively weak. According to the reality of agricultural development in China, studies on allocation efficiency of agricultural factors should be strengthened, especially the empirical researches based on microscopic investigation data.
