实现办公自动化是提高办公质量和效率,促进政务公开的一个重要手段。但是由于企业或单位的办公实际环境和需求千差万别,使得当前很多办公自动化系统存在开发周期过长、重复投资、可适应性和可维护性差等问题,无法真正满足用户需求。详细说明了基于构件的OA系统的正交结构模型,并阐述了基于构件的OA系统的实现方法。基于构件的OA系统具有敏捷性,能够随着办公业务的变化随时调整,以满足不同政府、企业的不同需求。同时它还具有良好的可扩展性、可维护性和可重用性。
The implementation of an office automation system helps to improve quality of service and efficiency and to improve the progress of building an openness government. But OA system has witted a profound change in scale, structure, function and design fields. So that appears many problems, such as long development cycle, repeated investment, low maintainability etc. So it is impossible to build such software systems because of the diversity of application environment and demands. This paper introduces an orthogonal architecture model of the OA system based on component. The method of implementation of the office automation system application is discussed in this paper. The OA system based on component is easier to be changed to satisfy the government's requirement. It is extensible, maintainable and reusable.
