英文摘要：

This paper adopts statistical data of periodical literature to roughly describe the evolution process of patent re- search in China, and briefly discusses the historical inevitability of scientifically managing the research findings of patent to create patent study. According to the research content,this paper identifies patent study to be an interdisciplinary subject between two blocks of knowledge：mathematical natural science and philosophic social science, to explore its status in the scientific knowledge system, namely, the attribution relation of patent science. Finally, through the construction of discipli- nary structure of patent study,this paper analyzes the differentiation and derivative clues of several branch subjects of pa- tent study in a period of the future.
