文章通过采用比较前沿的面板单位根检验、面板协整检验等分析方法,对1988年到2008年我国标准与专利的行业(依据ICS分类划分)面板数据进行了实证检验,建立了协整方程并对其进行误差修正。实证结果表明两者有着长期的均衡关系,标准与专利之间存在正向协同作用,但在短期内的作用相反。长期来说,标准化促进技术创新。
This paper did empirical studying and established a co- integration equation based on the industrial panel data of Chinese standards and patents from 1988 to 2008, in which such methods are used including the latest panel unit root test, panel co - integration test and other analytical methods. The results show that there exists a long-term equilibrium between standards and patents. Positive synergy plays a leading role between the two in the long run, while an opposite effect is found in the short term. In the long term, standards do promote the development of technological innovation.
