采用FLUENT软件对G4-73No.8D型离心风机进行了三维数值模拟。在此基础上,采用最小二乘法,对风机叶轮参数进行优化设计,并采用数值模拟对优化结果进行验证。结果表明,通过优化有效降低了因二次流漩涡、风机蜗舌结构、尾流-射流和正冲角造成的能量损失,提高了离心风机性能。优化后风机在设计工况下全压提高3.7%,效率提高0.5%。
The three dementional numerical simulation for G4 -73 NO. 8D centrifugal fans has been carried out by using Fluent software. On this basis, the optimization of design for impeller parameters in centrifugal fans has been made by using the least - square method,and the result of optimization being verified through numerical simulation. Results show that the energy loss caused by the secondary flow vortex,the structure of volute thongue of the fan,the wake-jet,and the positive angle of incidence has been reduced,enhancing the performance of centrifugal fans. After optimization,the total pressure and efficiency of fans have increased 3.7 % and 0.5 % respectively under the designed operating condition.
