英文摘要：

The turbulent changes of the global environment require the various integral parts of the industrial networks to integrate and interact continuously to form a coordinate effect. It is of vital importance for enterprises to carry out inter-organizational knowledge integrations under the environment of industrial networks, so as to promote their technical innovation and obtain a competitive advantage. Therefore, based on the analysis of the connotation of knowledge integration and the relationship between industrial networks and knowledge resource, this paper puts forward the mechanism for the realization of enterprise＇ s inter-organizational knowledge integration under the environment of industrial networks. It also claims that enterprises should attach great importance to the issue of inter-organizational knowledge integration under such environment and seek sustainable development by means of integrating the inside and outside functions of knowledge integration, creating the environment and organizational atmosphere for knowledge integration, strengthening the ability for knowledge integration and establishing and perfecting the mechanism for knowledge integration.
