The performance measure of information system application is the prerequisite of managing it effectively, and the validity of this task depends on whether we choose the research results of information ripen model reasonably or not. The EFA and CFA may provide actual certification for validity and reality of the model, meanwhile may find many actual problems for the information system construction according to certified results.
