研究再制造环境下的生产计划与调度问题,对于有效管理再制造生产活动,推动再制造业发展,从而实现节能减排,发展循环经济,具有重要的现实意义。本文介绍了近期国内外再制造生产计划与调度的研究进展,从不确定性因素及降低其对生产计划与调度影响的方法、生产计划建模和求解方法、生产调度策略和方法、生产计划与调度的集成框架和工具,以及再制造生产实践案例等5个方面分别进行了综述,并对与再制造生产计划与调度密切相关的拆卸计划、提前期和产能计划等3个方面的研究成果进行了归纳。最后,总结全文,并提出了进一步研究方向。
Research on the issues of remanufacturing production planning and scheduling is of great practical significance for us to effectively manage remanufacturing production activities and promote further development of the remanufacturing industry,so as to achieve energy-saving and emission reduction,and develop circular economy.The state-of-the-art research of Remanufacturing Production Planning and Scheduling(RPPS) is introduced.Five main aspects,which are the influencing factors of RPPS uncertainties and the methods to reduce the impact of uncertainties,modeling and solving methods of production planning,strategies and methods of production scheduling,the integrated framework and application tools of RPPS,and the practice cases in remanufacturing areas,are reviewed.Additionally,some closely relevant research topics involving RPPS are also surveyed,such as disassembly planning,lead time,and capacity planning.Finally,directions for the future research are discussed.
