Knowledge flows have impact on the dynamic efficiency of enterprise clusters.As the carrier of knowledge flows ,global value chains create the new opportunity to enhance the capabilities for local enterprise clusters.The paper links the theory of global value chain and industry cluster,and then analyses enterprise and technology＇s features about different types of enterprise clusters inserting into global chain.Finally, the author studies the characteristics of knowledge flows about enterprise clusters of developing countries inserting into global value chains.
