基于权变的思想,本文以我国医院联盟为背景,在情景变量———市场地位的基础上,研究了市场地位和制度环境共同作用下,联盟中组织公平反应行为的变化。不同于以往纯市场环境下的研究,本文为比较和理解制度环境和市场环境下,组织行为的变化提供了新的见解。本文的结论表明：制度环境改变了纯市场环境下组织的公平反应行为,政府影响作为一种制度环境改变了不同市场地位组织的公平偏好;组织的公平反应行为不仅受到单一情景变量的影响,而且受到多重情景变量的共同作用。本文不仅深化了现有关于联盟公平的研究,而且也对组织的联盟实践和政府的政策制定有一定的指导意义。

英文摘要：

Following contingent logic and based on Chinese hospital alliances,this paper analyzed the interplay impact of market position and institutional environment on the relationships among procedural justice,distributive justice and alliance commitment.Different with previous studies operated on pure market background,this paper had provided some new insights for the comparisons of organizational behaviors under market and institutional environment.The results indicated that institutional environment would change organizational justice responding behaviors in pure market environment,and government influence as one of institutional environment would change organizational preferences on justice;organizational justice responding behaviors not only were influenced by single contingent variable,but also impacted by multiple contingent variables.This study advanced the justice research in alliances and provided some implications for organizations＇ alliance practices and governments＇ policy implement.
