Aiming to the production safety problems in manufacturing production site, the accident model is proposed based on the trace intersecting theory to analysis the factor of human, object, and management. The trace intersecting theory is a kind of accident-causing theory, it could be summarized as man-made fault and object breakdown, the events of two track crossing will constitute the accident. By manufacturing enterprises in Zhengzhou staff conducted a sample survey of the accident were analyzed using the proposed model, and preventive measures are proposed to actively prevent and control the insecurity factors of human,object and management in the production site. Accidents have been avoided, and ensure the smooth manufacturing enterprise safety production.
