在机载吊舱的虚拟设计中引入灰色系统理论。首先建立了灰色关联数学模型,基于邓氏灰色关联法的论述,展开对于广义关联法的分析,并讨论了两者之间对于机械产品可靠性评价的区别与联系。然后通过构建绝对灰关联模型,判定有关影响因素的影响情况;并通过相对灰关联模型,对各个评定指标进行变化速率的分析。从而最终实现了机载吊舱舱体框架的可靠性分析,为确定机载吊舱舱体框架最优结构提供了具体的理论依据。
The grey system theory was adopted in the virtual design of airborne pod.Firstly,the gray relational mathematical model was constructed,then the Deng's grey relational method was used as an introduction to expound the generalized grey relational method for reliability evaluation of mechanical products and analyze the difference or relationship between them.The absolute grey correlation model was adopted to determine the relevant factors affecting the situation.Moreover,the analysis of relative grey correlation model was utilized to export the relative change rate for each evaluation index.All of these manners will eventually complete the reliability analysis of airborne pod frame,which can provide theoretical evidences for determining the best structure of airborne pod.
