针对冷滚打成形件表面存在的鳞纹缺陷,依据冷滚打成形的基本原理,分析了鳞纹产生的原因及主要影响因素;在Abaqus软件环境下建立了有限元仿真模型,仿真了顺打和逆打方式下,滚打轮公转速度和工件水平进给速度变化时鳞纹高度和鳞纹间宽的变化规律,以及相同滚打轮公转速度和工件水平进给速度条件下,不同滚打方式时鳞纹高度、鳞间宽度和截面形状的异同;在改装的实验设备上进行冷滚打成形实验,对工件表面产生的鳞纹进行测量,获得了鳞纹二维截面形状和鳞纹高度,与仿真结果相互比较,验证了有限元仿真的正确性,可为冷滚打成形技术中工件表面质量的控制和工艺参数的选择提供参考。
Aiming at flaws of scale-texture on the surface of cold-roll beating forming parts, according to the basic principles of cold-rolling beating forming, analyzes the main reasons and affecting factors of scale-texture flaws is carried out. The simulation model is built by using the simulation software of ABAQUS.
