Land property right＇s poverty of rural women, giving these women poverty family, mainly presented as the poverty of farmland use right, of farmland disposition right and of farm land income right. From the custom proto-institution perspec- tive, it could be analyzed for some respects including rural land transfer custom, the universality and profundity of custom and so on. To solve these problems ,we should do some work on clarifying the property of real right of land contract right, speeding up the reform of land property right system,enhancing the propaganda of ＂Law of Rural Land Contract＂ and so on.
