In Barzel＇s opinion, the relativity of property rights can also be called the incomplete property rights. The theory of Barzel＇s incomplete property rights at least can be included two aspects： the incomplete definition and the incomplete realization. We can analyze Barzel＇s incomplete property rights from the transaction cost, the diversity of asset attributes, the limitation of understanding. Apart from these, the monitoring cost, human ability, implementation cost, observability are also research perspectives of this study.
