英文摘要：

Based on regional tourism circulation balk,the paper considered implementation conditions of game equilibrium between tourism establishments and governments.Furthermore,the paper set up a theory model and analyzed the cause and influence factor of regional tourism cooperation balk.And then,the paper demonstrated the existence of regional tourism cooperation balk originated from low propensity to price of tourism destination based on systematic balk,and the degree on regional tourism circulation balk had positive correlation with the popularity of tourism destination.At the same time,it had positive correlation with propensity to price of tourism destination.Based on that,the paper raised the thoughts of government coordination mechanism from four aspects of law,association,government support and supporting infrastructure.
