长输天然气管道在铺设完成后要进行水压试验以检验其强度和严密性,泄压后通常是开启空压机进行顶球扫水。建立试压后输气管道扫水过程的水力学模型,对中国某气田的一条输气管道进行分析。降低排水口的局部阻力系数、提高空压机的压力均可以增加清管器的运行速度,排水口的开度会显著影响清管器的运行速度。保证扫水过程不发生气化断流,就可避免扫水过程中出现瞬时高压。
Water pressure testing of long - distance gas pipeline should be carried out to check its strength and leak after pipe laying. Then a pig would be pushed by air compressor to clean out water from the pipeline. We establish hydraulic model of pigging, based on the field data of one certain gas pipeline. To reduce the drain of local resist- ance coefficient or improve the pressure of air compressor we can increase pig operation speed. At the same time, pig operating speed is affected by outlet size. If the whole process does not cutout, instantaneous high pressure will be avoided in the process of cleaning line.
