手机制造业是受模块化影响深远的产业部门之一,本文从手机制造业模块化的驱动因素切入,分析了模块化的组织方式变革对手机制造业市场结构和企业竞争行为的影响。在模块集成商和模块制造商两个层次上企业的竞争行为有极大差别.模块集成商可以分为“舵手”型企业和非“舵手”型企业。标准的竞争是“舵手”型企业竞争的焦点.在核心模块层和中间模块层的竞争中.国外企业占主导地位.国内企业则主要在表面模块层的竞争中占据优势。最后,本文从次第性技术占领、系统的产业组织优化、利用本土需求窗口塑造本土企业的品牌价值这三个方面提出了我国手机制造企业的价值链攀升策略。
Handset Manufacturing Industry is one of the industrial sectors deeply affected by modularization. In this paper, from beginning of the driving factors of modularization, and analyze the influence of modularization organization change on market structure and competition behavior of Handset Manufacturing Industry. The Enterprises' competition behavior between Module Integrators and Module Manufacturers is quite different, Module Integrators can be divided into two groups, namely Helmsman Enterprises and Non--Helmsman Enterprises. Helmsman Enterprises concentrate on the competition of standards, foreign companies occupy a leading position in the core layer and mesosphere, only leave superficial layer to domestic companies. Finally, this paper puts forward the upgrading strategies of China's Handset Manufacturing Industry in the value chain,namely initial technical occupation,industrial organization optimization and use local demand window to shape the brand value of domestic enterprises.
