针对一种倾斜补偿摆动式干涉仪,利用旋转式音圈电机作为驱动单元,设计了扫描控制反馈系统,建立了控制系统的数学模型,分析了系统的性能参数,并将PID控制应用于系统的反馈控制设计,提高了系统的稳态性能和动态性能。结果表明,在波数为8000cm-1时对应干涉图频率的相对误差达到了0.67%,在实际应用中表现出良好的稳定性和可靠性,能够满足大气环境监测对傅立叶变换红外光谱仪的需要。
The feedback control system and model of moving mirror scanning system to a tilt compensated rotated Michelson interferometer for Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectrometer are presented in this paper, with a rotary voice coil motor driver. The system performance is analyzed and a PID controller is added to the control system to improve the static and dynamic performance. The experiments have shown that the relative frequency error is 0.67% at wavenumber of 8000 cm-1, This system has shown a good stability and reliability in practical application, and can be used in the FT-IR spectrometer for atmosphere monitoring.
