工作满意度是组织行为研究的一个重要概念,常有研究者把它设计为顺序因变量,但又怯于数据处理,故将其作为等距变量来分析,进而得出错误结论。文章概略考察了近年发展起来的多分类顺序因变量逻辑回归分析,并用该方法研究了电子企业员工的工作满意度的影响因素,建立了影响因素作用的预测模型。
Job satisfaction which is an important concept in behavior studies,and usually was designed by some scholars as ordinal dependent variable but treated as interval variables,so wrong conclusions were educed.Thus,in this study,the ordinal regression model developed recently was examined,and the ordinal regression model was constructed to study the relationship between job satisfaction and its explanatory variables in the electronics industry.
