英文摘要：

Modern forestry is the important force of the eco - civilization construction ; its efficacy crucially influ- ences the sustainable development of society and economy. Because of the particular territorial environment, geo- graphical seat and historical responsibility, the forestry in Xinjing has the special strategic role and development value. In the research the developing state of forestry in Xinjiang province was analyzed and evaluated by using the time series ＆ PCA. Results were： Firstly, forestry development in Xinjiang appeared the fluctuant ascent tendency, but the developing situation was still lower than the nation＇s average. Secondly, the development of fruit industry and forest tourism industry had the significant advantages in Xinjiang, and the others were compara- tively weak.
