Based on the analysis of geographical location, disaster factors, environmental capacity, ecosystem activity and forestry resource of the north channel, middle channel and south channel of the silk-road economic belt in Xinjiang province; establishes the modern forestry ecosystem covered the three key channel and their radiation area of Xinjiang province; so as to promote the ecological restoration and ecological construction of the ecological fragile region, strengthen the performance of regional eco-civilization construction, and maintain the ecological security of mountain-oasis-desert ecosystem of Xinjiang; thereby, provide the ecological support, environmental protection and supporting force for the construction of silk-road economic belt core area.
