为了解决动物运动力学数据采集系统中的多通道、高采样率和大量数据实时存储等问题,提出了一种基于虚拟仪器技术及其图形化开发环境的系统设计方案。系统以PXIe和LabVIEW为平台,采用3×8传感器阵列、72通道数据采集与处理模块和高速摄像机等,同步采集力学数据和图像数据。实验表明,该系统可以准确获得动物运动过程中各个脚掌的三维接触反力和协调运动行为数据,为仿生机器人的研究提供了理论基础。
A design approach of animalts motive mechanics data acquisition system based on virtual instrument and graphical development environment is introduced to meet multi-channel, high sampling ratio, real-time storage of large amount of data. The data acquisition system is based on PXIe and LabVIEW. The 3×8 sensor array, 72-channel data acquisition-pro- cessing module and high-speed camera are adopted to realize the synchronous acquisition of mechanics and image data. The ex- periments prove that this system can accuratly capture data of three-dimensional ground reaction force of each foot and coordi- nated motion during animal locomotion. It provides a theoretical basis for the study of biornimetic robots.
