提出一种机翼铝蒙皮积冰及冰厚的近红外多光谱检测方法,并根据理论模型进行实验验证。首先,根据冰和水在近红外光谱下的光谱曲线不同,取1.16μm和1.26μm两个通道的图像的灰度值,求得对比度C值;然后,通过实验获得C的阈值CthoC〉Cth时,则认为是冰,C〈Cth时,则认为没有冰,以此法来识别铝蒙皮表面上积冰的位置。本文通过实验证明了冰厚与对比度C值存在线性关系。根据Cth和线性比例系数后两个参数,由对比度C值的大小,可以获得冰的厚度值。
In order to distinguish the icing from aluminum wing cover and measure the ice thickness, a near infrared multispeetral detection method is presented. Firstly, the contrast value C is calculated by using an algorithm for ice detection based on the different reflectance spectra between water and ice in a certain wavelength band. Then, the threshold Cth of C is obtained by experiments. When C 〉 Cth, it is considered that the ice exists, vice versa. The loca- tion of the icing on the aluminum wing cover is identified. A linear relationship between ice thickness and C is also proved by the experiment. According to the value of C,h and k, the ice thickness is calculated.
