工业化、城镇化和农业现代化（简称“三化”）协调发展是实现城乡一体化目标的重要基础。从系统论思想出发，构建天津市“三化”发展指标体系，利用主成分分析法进行数学建模，计算1992—2011年度“三化”子系统协调度并运用协调度评价模型实证评价各个年度的协调度，进而计算天津市“三化”发展协调度。结果发现，自2005年起，天津市“三化”协调度和发展协调度失调现象日趋严重。最后就实证结果提出相关建议。

英文摘要：

The coordinative development among new- style industrialization, urbanization and agriculture mod- ernization （IUA） is the important foundation of the integration of urban and rural areas. On the perspective of ideol- ogy in system, structuring the index system of development of IUA and modeling by means of principal component analysis. We calculate the eoordinative degree among IUA from 1992 to 2011 and appraise each year＇s degree of coordination. Then we calculate the degree of development of IUA in Tianjin. We found that serious disproportions between the degree of IUA and the degree of development. In the end, we propose the advices basing on the prove.
