针对大采高、大功率采煤机牵引调速系统在复杂煤层工作面适应性差的问题,提出了一种大功率采煤机四象限牵引变频调速系统的研制方案,该方案采用ABB两象限变频器外加能量再生单元的形式,并通过合理的矿用改造及参数优化措施,使得大功率采煤机能够在45°大倾角复杂煤层工作面正常运行,并通过了现场工业性试验。
Against the poor adaptability of haulage System for high-power shearer working in the complex coalseam, a development program of four-quadrant haulage speed control system for high-power shearer was proposed. ABB two-quadrant inverter with extra regenerative unit were adoption,and through the reasonable mining transformation and the measure of parameter optimization, which make the high-power run properly at 45° high inclination-angle face,and through the on-site industrial test.
