类单晶硅作为一种较新的太阳电池用硅材料,进一步了解类单晶硅太阳电池的工艺及性能显得非常必要,文中通过酸碱两步制绒法对类单晶硅的制绒工艺进行了探讨,然后对常规工艺制备的类单晶硅太阳电池进行了光致衰减实验,经过与单晶硅及多晶硅太阳电池的对比发现,类单晶硅太阳电池表现出了相对优越的稳定性。实验表明类单晶硅太阳电池具有一定的优势,其发展前景广阔。
As a new solar cell material, further understanding the technology and performance of monolike crystalline silicon solar cells is necessary. Acidic-alkaline texturing of the wafers is discussed, and then the light induced degradation of the solar cells based on conventional process is tested. The monolike crystalline silicon solar cells show a relatively superior stability with the contrast of monocrystalline and muhicrystalline silicon solar cells. Experiments show that mono-like crystalline silicon solar cells have certain advantages and broad prospect.
