实验室中制备压电陶瓷需对不同尺寸和组分的试样单独进行极化,繁琐耗时且一致性差。提出并设计了一种新型极化装置,可对每个陶瓷试样施加不同的电场,同时极化多个不同材料和厚度的陶瓷试样。给出了极化夹具、加热与保温系统、绝缘与安全设施等关键核心部分的设计结果,并进行了多陶瓷试样同步极化实验,研究了装置的极化效果和陶瓷试样的最佳极化电压、饱和电压及一致性。实验结果表明,该极化装置使用方便、安全高效,且陶瓷试样同步极化性能一致性较好。
During preparation of the piezoelectric ceramics in the lab,in order to polarize the piezoelectric ceramic with different size and composition, we have to perform the polarization repeatedly. It is a very time-consuming and boredom work and the polarization results are less consistency. A new integral polarization device is proposed in the paper, which is able to exert different electric field to each ceramic of different size and composition simultaneously. The tongs, heating, heat insulation, security measure and other key systems are designed. The polarization effect, the optimum voltage for polarization, saturate voltage and the polarization consistency are studied as well. The prototype has shown its high efficiency, safe,easy to use and good polarization consistency after a year of tests.
