Kaizhuo Lei was bom in Sichuan in 1965. He is working as an associate professor in Northwestern Polytechnical University. His current research interests include underwater system and application engineering, signal processing and communication engineering. He chaired and un- dertaken scientific projects more than 20 items, obtained scientific and teaching awards from provincial level and above about 20 items, ap-plied 15 patents, and published more than 60 papers.
