实验室中制备压电陶瓷需要对每个不同尺寸和组分的试样单独进行极化,非常繁琐耗时且一致性差。笔者提出了一种新的极化装置结构,该装置可夹持多个不同材料和厚度的陶瓷试样。并可对每个陶瓷试样独立施加不同的电场进行同步极化,给出了极化夹具、加热与保温系统、绝缘与安全设施等关键核心部件的设计结果,研制了新型压电陶瓷极化装置原理样机,并进行了多陶瓷试样的同步极化实验。
Laboratory preparation of piezoelectric ceramic requires separate polarization for samples with different size and composition,making it very time-consuming,cumbersome,and less consistent of the produced ceramics. A new polarization device was designed to clamp ceramic samples with various materials and thickness at one time. This device also has the capability of exerting different electric field to each ceramic sample for simultaneous polarization. This paper provided some critical design factors such as polarization tongs,heating and heat preservation systems,insulation and the key to the core of the security facilities,developed a new type of piezoelectric ceramic polarization principle prototype and carried out simultaneous polarization experiments for multiple ceramic samples. A period of one-year application shows that the device is efficient,safe,easy to use,and has the advantage of good consistency.
