进行了废弃混凝土浇筑堆石混凝土的试验研究.将废弃混凝土简单破碎成大粒径块体作为再生骨料,再向再生骨料堆积体中浇筑性能优良的自密实混凝土,制备出大尺寸的再生骨料堆石混凝土试件.通过回弹法测其抗压强度,并与预留的自密实混凝土立方体试块抗压强度进行比较.结果表明,自密实混凝土能够均匀地填充废弃混凝土块体形成的空隙;用回弹法可以较准确地检测再生骨料堆石混凝土的抗压强度.将废弃混凝土用于堆石混凝土,可以对大量的废弃混凝土进行有效地再利用.
The preliminary experimental study on the new technology of rock-filled concrete (RFC) with waste concrete is presented in this paper. The waste concrete is simply broken into large diameter aggregates as the recycled aggregate, and then the self-compacting concrete(SCC) is poured into the prepacked rock-filled body to construct the new recycled rock-filled concrete(RRFC) specimens. The rebound method is used to test the compressive strength of RRFC specimens. The results show that the rock body prepacked by the waste concrete can be filled with SCC to form the homogeneous concrete, and that the RRFC compressive strength measured by the rebound method is accurate and reliable. The purpose of the mass processing and effective utilization of the waste concrete can be achieved by using this technology.
