柠檬酸溶胶-凝胶法是制备高质量的Y2Ti2O7纳米材料等最常用的方法之一。利用热力学平衡常数,通过溶解度等温线的理论计算,表明形成稳定的Y3+-Ti4+-柠檬酸盐络合物的前驱体溶液的p H值范围在6.4-7.0之间。该计算结果的有效性,得到了实验的验证。该方法也可以用于其他多元络合体系前驱体溶液的合适p H值范围的计算。
Citric acid sol-gel technique is one of the commonest methods to prepare high-quality Y2Ti207 nanocrystals. Based on thermodynamical equilibria constants, the theoretical calculation about solubility isotherms demon- strated that the appropriate pH value of precursor solution for forming the stable y^3+-Ti^4+-citrate complex was 6.4 - 7.0. And the validity of the result was demonstrated by our experiments. This method is also applicable to calculate the optimal pH range of other multi-component complex system during the sol-gel process.
