针对某型汽车发动机气缸-活塞环摩擦副润滑油的选择问题,提出并建立了由试验机和软件构成的测试单元,其中软件支持测试和服务用户,用户主要是设计主体.该测试服务单元根据汽车发动机气缸-活塞环摩擦副的结构特点和在役工况,以SRV多功能摩擦磨损实验机为试验工具,通过小试样实验提取支持决策的摩擦学数据,并将这些知识存入汽车发动机基础摩擦学服务知识库的测试单元,在软件支持下进行远程知识服务.存取的数据包括两种润滑油(20#和38#)200℃下较大PV值范围内的球盘副摩擦系数和磨损量,并且给出了含结合水0.5%和1.0%时的摩擦学数据.
For a certain type of automobile engine' s cylinder-piston ring friction lubricant selection,the test unit including made of testing machine and software is proposed and established,in which the software supports the testing and services the users,and the users are primarily design project.According to the automobile engine cylinder-piston ring friction pair structural features and in-service conditions,use versatile SRV friction and wear testing machine as test instruments,to extract data through a small sample tribological experiments for supporting the decision-making,and put these knowledge base into the car engine test cell tribology services repository to do remote knowledge services under the software support.The accessed data includes the ball-plate pair friction coefficient and the wear amount of two lubricants (20 # and 38 #) in a large PV value range at 200℃,and also gives the tribological data while containing 0.5% and 1.0% bound water.
