采用非自耗电弧炉铜模吸铸方法制备成分为Zr55.8Al19.4Co17.4Cu7.4块状金属玻璃。利用DSC设备在873K时退火,制备该成分的晶化样品。XRD和TEM测试结果表明,金属玻璃过冷液体的晶化产物是一个为Al2CoZr6相(a=0.79nm,c=0.68nm),另一个为底心正交结构的未知相(a=1.32nm,b=0.81nm,c=0.69nm)的混合物。
Zr55 s Al19.4 COLT. 4 Cu7. 4 bulk metallic glasses (BMG) were successfully fabricated through vacuum arc melting furnace under argon gas atmosphere with suction-casting into a water-cooling-copper mold. Crystallization specimens were annealed at 873K using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and investigated by X-ray diffractometer and transmission electron microscopy. The results showed the crystallization counterparts were the mixture of two phases, one known A12 CoZr6 phase ( a = 0.79 nm, c = 0. 68 nm) and an unknown base-centered-orthorhombic phase(a = 1.32 nm ,b =0. 81 nm,c =0. 69 nm). The two phases are structurally very complex.
