腺苷(adenosine)是人体内的一种重要的生物活性物质,它主要有4种受体亚型A1、A2A、A2B和A3。在心血管系统研究中,发现腺苷A2B受体激活可产生多种生理和病理效应。腺苷A2B受体在血管舒张、炎症因子生成、氧自由基释放、血小板的聚集、血管新生、心肌缺血、心肌纤维化等方面有着重要作用,有可能成为心血管系统疾病治疗的靶点。
Adenosine is a kind of important bioactive substances in the body, it mainly has four kinds of receptor subtypes A1 , A2A, A2B and A3. In cardiovascular system, it' s found that the activation of adenosine A2B receptor can produce a variety of physiological and pathological effects. In vasodilatation, genera- tion of proinflammatory factor, oxygen free radicals release,platelet aggregation, angiogenesis, myocardial ischemia, myo- cardial fibrosis and so on, adenosine A2R receptor may play an important role, and is likely to become a treatment target for the diseases of the cardiovascular system.
