以问题为基础(problem-based learning,PBL)的教学法和案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)都是近年来我国医学教学中经常采用的教学方法。生理学是医学专业基础课,在临床医学和基础医学之间起着重要的桥梁作用,生理学实验是深入掌握生理学相关基础理论不可或缺的教学内容。结合案例的PBL教学在生理学实验中的应用对学生理解生理学相关基础理论有帮助,增强了学生分析问题解决问题的能力,能取得较好的教学效果,值得进一步探索和实践。
Problem-based learning (PBL) and case-based learning (CBL) are used as common teaching methods applied in Chinese medical teaching in recent years. Physiology is a basic medical course, and plays an important role between clinical medicine and basic medicine. Physiology experiment is irreplaceable teaching content to master the basic theories of physiology. PBL combined with case teaching method in the physiology experiment course is helpful for students to understand the related basic theory, and can enhance the students' ability of analyzing and resolving problems. It can achieve better teaching effect and is worth further exploration and practice.
