英文摘要：

In the renewal feasibility study of the outer altar of the Temple of Heaven, the authors conducted a survey to part of the stakeholders of the heritage areas, including local residents, citizens who practice in the morning, general public citizen and professionals concerning city- plan and protection of heritage. Semi-structure interviews and questionnaire in paper and survey on online were used in this survey. The survey focused on the perception and protection wills of cultural heritage, the future outlook envisaged of the Temple of Heaven, the wills of relocation and specific interests and demands of local residents. Alter analyzing of survey results, and combining with field research experience, this paper reveals the different attitudes and wishes which are hold by different stakeholders and issues and interests and demands which they concerned, and puts forward the strategies and resolutions, and provide advice and inibrmation for the implement of public participation in the tbrmal renewal plan of the Temple of Heaven
