为解决带有纵向螺旋钢丝的水田深施肥机具施肥量调节问题,设计了一种叶片式排肥器。同时,建立叶片式排肥器的数学模型,将结构轻巧和叶片间无间隙、排肥口近圆形确定为优化目标、排肥器结构要求作为约束条件,应用Visual Basic 6.0编写叶片式排肥器肥量调节软件对叶片式排肥器进行运动学优化。软件得到优化参数范围为:调节叶片及圆弧槽数量8个;叶片连接座销孔分布半径47 mm;调节叶片销轴间距离13 mm;形成圆弧槽曲线参数φ和θ分别为30°~40°和60°~75°。根据优化结果,应用Visual Studio 2010编写的叶片式排肥器参数化平台,可实现三维实体模型在 Pro/E中快速生成,通过仿真对比分析对参数优化结果进行验证,并确定了圆弧槽曲线参数φ和θ分别为40°和60°。仿真结果表明:排肥器结构轻巧,排肥口变化均匀且叶片运动良好,设计的叶片式排肥器能够满足预期的设计要求。
To solve the fertilizer rate adjustment problem of the applying fertilizer in paddy field with vertical spiral wire, we designed a vaned fertilization device.Have built a mathematical model of vaned fertilization device, the optimization target is lighter structure, no gap between vane and circular opening.The constraints is structure of fertilization device. Using Visual Basic 6 .0 write a software about the fertilizer rate adjustment of fertilization decice to realize dynamic opti-mization .Have got the rang of optimization parameters:8 vanes and arc slots;the radius of the pin hole on vane connect-ing seat is 47mm;adjust the distance between the vane pin to 13 mm;to form the arc slot curve theφrange from 30°~40°theθrange from 60°~75°.According to the result of optimization, using visual studio 2010 to write a parametric platform of vaned fertilization device.Can realize the 3D model generates in Pro/E quickly.Through the simulation and comparison analysis to validate the result of the parameter optimization.Determined theφis 40°and theθis 60°.The sim-ulations reveal that the structure of fertilization device is lighter, the opening can change uniformly, the vanes move smoothly and the vaned fertilization device which designed can meet the expected design requirements.
