The structure,properties and preparation methods of grapheme are introduced firstly.Then the development of graphene/semiconductor composite structures in the application of photocatalysis：photocatalytic water splitting,pollutant degradation and CO2 conversion are focused on.Finally,some challenges are proposed with regards to material selection,modification of synthetic methods and graphene functionalization.
